Background
After the success of the trading name Design4Dentists within the dental sector, Origin 1 wanted to grow their work in other industries. Rather than do this directly under the parent company name, a new trading name ‘Kooky’ was developed for a fresher and more alternative dynamic. A brand language and identity were required to embody this and communicate the creative thinking at the heart of the business.

Outcome
The concept was for the logotype to come to life, with the animated letter forms communicating each message while showcasing the ideas and creative approach at the same time. A simple and bold visual style was also developed, and this was put to great use across the new website, where the impactful graphic aesthetic was supplemented by a colour coding system for the different sections in addition to the primary black and white palette. The quirky style of the animations tied in beautifully with the concept of the name.
